Zusammenfassung: | To study the influence of the preparation conditions and Mn2+ substitution on the structure and antiferroelectric transition in Pb2MgWO6, XRD and dielectric constant measurements on Pb2Mg1-xMnxWO6-type compounds (x = 0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5) were made. Two kinds of Pb2MgWO6 sample were prepared which differed in their sintering conditions; 1000 C for 2 h and 1000 C for 4 h. Substitution of Mn for Mg resulted in a small increase in the lattice parameter. The Curie temperature increased linearly with Mn content. 7 refs. |
