Zusammenfassung:We employed a melt-spinning technique to prepare metastable alloys in ribbon form, for subsequent study. In this paper, investigations of the thermal and electrical behaviour of titaniu-based alloys, i.e. 72% Ti and 28% Co, were carried out during the process of crystallization. It is shown that metastable crystalline alloys transformed to an equilibrium crystalline form in one stage. The crystallization process is followed by a conductivity change (change of resistance, occurring in the same stage as the crystallization process). Some of the relevant kinetics parameters of crystallization, such as enthalpy and resistance change, are determined in dependence of temperature and the crystallization process.
