Zusammenfassung:Increasing evidence indicates that anoikis resistance is a critical process for metastasis of cancer cells, making it the attractive therapeutic target for cancer benefit. Anoikis resistance is widely regulated by various factors, such as signaling pathways, integrins switch, and non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs). ncRNAs composed of microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and circular RNAs (circRNAs), are frequently dysregulated in a variety of human malignancies and are closely related to anoikis resistance of cancer cells. Based on the available literature, we reviewed the molecular basis underlying ncRNAs modulating cancer cells anoikis resistance, which may contribute to a better understanding of cancer metastasis and provide new beneficial therapeutic strategies against cancer.
