He returned 2 days later with worsening dyspnea and an oxygen saturation of 30% while breathing ambient air. was provided supplemental oxygen via a high-tlow nasal cannula and was maintained in stable condition for 1 week. However, his pneumonia continued to worsen, he was eventually placed on mechanical ventilation. |
