Zusammenfassung:Albunex is an ultrasound contrast agent that has been used recently in echocardiography. Its potential to measure myocardial blood perfusion at minimal risk to the patient has led to many investigations in the last decade. The feasibility of using this agent in quantitating blood perfusion in kidneys is investigated. Radiofrequency (RF) signals are collected by a modified commercial scanner. Quantitative analyses are performed on both video signals and RF signals.
