A new nobel metal alloy electroplating technology

The technological conditions of Au-Pd-Cu, Au-Ag-Ni, Au-Ni, and Ru-Rh alloy electroplating were investigated. The performances of plating solution and coatings are discussed. The new process is low in production cost.
