Zusammenfassung:The general characteristics and structure of new hybrid composites known as Glass Reinforced Aluminium Laminates (CHAJI - GLARE-type) are given. The Laminates shows a superior fatigue and fracture resistance over traditional aluminium alloy sheets. The some particularities of the layer's composite behavior at low cycle fatigue (LCF) was examined using by metallographic and fractographic analyses.
