Modelling of short arc re-ignition
Computational results for a 2 mm long post-arc channel appearing at current zero after the burning of a 900 A arc on silver electrodes are discussed. The analysis concerns both cathode and anode electrode layers, for which computations were run simultaneously. (Original abstract-amended)
