Zusammenfassung: | Polycrystalline powdered samples of manganese tartrate MnC4H4O6.2H2O were produced by diffusion of Mn ions through silica gel impregnated with tartaric acid. The growth conditions and characterisations of the crystals were investigated by means of IR spectroscopy, TGA, DTG, DSC, XRD and EDAX.
