Zusammenfassung: | The dielectric constant was measured as a function of temperature for VS-1 BaTiO3 capacitor ceramics samples treated with copper and nickel salt solutions and sintered at 1320 and 1380 C. Introduction of copper, as distinct from nickel, produces no effect on the dielectric properties of the ceramics. Introduction of Ni leads to a change in the temperature dependence of the dielectric constant, and the phase transition acquires a strongly diffuse character. This could provide the basis for developing new heat-resistant capacitor materials. 2 refs. |
