Zusammenfassung: | We have designed a method of forming monoelectrode semiconductor ceramic sensors by heat-treating stabilized metal hydroxide sols, deposited onto a platinum spiral. Utilization of highly dispersed sols having predetermined viscosity and implementation of a definite heating mode for the hydroxide sol, deposited over the platinum spiral by means of passing an electric current through it, results in substantial tightening of the spiral rings by the formation of oxide ceramics, accompanied by isolation of the rings from each other and firm fixing thereof. Thanks to this effect, it is possible to produce miniature ceramic sensors having low power consumption and high sensitivity to various gases. |
