Microstructure and magnetic properties of Cr/Fe bilayer and multilayer films on GaAs(001)
Cr/Fe bilayer and multilayer films have been grown on GaAs(001) substrates. Using Lorentz TEM, micrometer-size 180° domains were revealed and a twist between the in-plane 〈110〉 axes of the epitaxial film and substrate has been found. Zusammenfassung: | Cr/Fe bilayer and multilayer films have been grown on GaAs(001) substrates.
