Zusammenfassung: | The sheep semen was irradiated by a He-Ne laser of 632.8nm in wavelength and 20mW in its output power with irradiation time of 2,6,10,14 minutes and energy density of 1.8, 5.4, 9.0, and 12.6J/cm super(2) respectively, and the results show that the semen quality can be improved by laser irradiation with appropriate dosage. In case, when the power and distance of radiation are fixed, the optimum irradiation time is 6 minutes. It was found that the sperm mobility and content of creatine phosphate are significantly higher than that of control (P < 0.01), the abnormal rate of acrosome is distinctly lower than that of control (P < 0.05), and the reaction rate of acrosome and activity of hyaluronidase are significantly higher than that of control (P < 0.05) respectively. Besides, the action mechanism of laser was also probed preliminarily. |
