Zusammenfassung:See adjacent abstract. A study has been made on composition, structure, and peculiarities in formation of composite coating produced in diffusion chromizing of nickel--cobalt--phosphorus coating preliminary coated on a sample by method of chemical deposition. Samples of qualitative structural steels of 30 and 45 types are used for investigation. Analysis of results obtained showed that diffusion chromizing at 1050 deg C, 6.5-7 h plastic deformation was the optimal condition of combined hardening treatment for increase of wear resistance in mechanisms friction nodes operated under conditions of reverse friction.
