Zusammenfassung: | The efficacy of different cleaning systems was investigated using \+i\P. leiognathi\-i\ as a test organism. The test bacterium was grown as a biofilm on various surface materials, including stainless steels and plastics. The factors examined for evaluating the efficacy of cleaning were the viability of the bacterial cells at total count, the light production of the test bacterium and the area fraction of the biofilm formed on the surfaces after cleaning. |
