Zusammenfassung:Bi, Pb--Sr--Ca--Cu--O thin films of mostly single high-T sub c phase were successfully obtained by pyrolysis of organic acid salts. The highest T sub c (end) was lO1K, and film thickness was nearly 1 mu m. The superconducting transition temperature was strongly dependent on heat-treatment procedures and time. The 24 h firing was sufficient to raise T sub c (end) > 100K.
