Netsolve: Interactive software for network optimization

NETSOLVE is an interactive software package for network manipulation and optimization. It provides an integrated environment for creating and editing networks as well as applying a variety of network optimization algorithms. A number of editing and listing features have been included in the package. Both directed and undirected networks are handled within the same unified framework, and descriptive names (rather than simply numbers) can be given to network nodes and edges.
