Zusammenfassung: | Y-doped polycrystalline SrTiO sub 3 with different (Sr+Y)/Ti ratios is used to fabricate boundary-layer capacitor material. Apparent dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss factor are studied as a function of composition and temp. Results show samples with slight TiO sub 2 excess possess the best dielectric properties. Formation of boundary layers is discussed in terms of chemical reaction on grain boundaries. |
