Zusammenfassung:The liquid-mix technique is used to prepare 4–24 mole% lanthana-zirconia cubic solid solutions (stabilized) at temperatures of about 800°C. Various physico-chemical techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction, infrared, electron microscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance, differential thermal analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, have been employed to confirm phase formation, thermal stability and microstructure.
