Zusammenfassung:The distribution of aluminum in an Ni-2 wt percent Al alloy was studied using scanning TEM-EDX (energy-dispersive X-ray) analysis. Results show that, when the experimental alloy is maintained below 950 C, it will exhibit the equilibrium segregation of Al at grain boundaries. When the alloy is held between 850 and 1250 C and then cooled in 500 C argon, it will produce the nonequilibrium segregation of Al. (O.G.)
