Zusammenfassung: | Effects of Sn or/and Mg addition on the diffusion weldability of aluminum alloy were investigated. The welding treatment was carried out in the temperature range from 573 to 873K for 1.8, 3.6 and 7.2ks under the pressure of 1, 2 and 4MPa in the atmosphere, respectively. The liquid Sn containing Mg filled the interface and prevented the interface from an attack of the air which oxidized the surfaces of specimens. Mg in the liquid Sn reduced a part of the oxidation film at the interface. Both Sn and Mg addition showed the almost same shear strength as that of AI-Mg alloy, which was remarkably higher than that obtained by the single addition of Sn. |
