Zusammenfassung:	A combined Ti:Al2O3/Cr:LiSrAlF6 laser system capable of producing terawatt pulses with a duration of 120 fs at a 1-Hz repetition rate was developed. Chirped-pulse amplification in Ti:sapphire produces compressed 45-mJ pulses. Further amplification in flash-lamp-pumped Cr:LiSrAlF6 produces 150-mJ compressed pulses with no significant effect on beam quality or pulse shape. (Author)
