Zusammenfassung: | A set of approximate high-level relationships are presented for the determination of frequency and buckling parameters of polar orthotropic circular plates with edges elastically restrained against rotation. The relationships are abstracted from results obtained by the Ritz method and are applicable for both design and sensitivity analysis. The series solution for the governing differential equations are extended to include elastically restrained boundary conditions and are used to establish the accuracy of these relationships and to resolve the inconsistencies in previously published results. |
