Zusammenfassung:Angiofibroma of the soft tissue is a recently described benign fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumour. This report describes the cytology of an angiofibroma of soft tissue occurring in a 30‐year‐old lady which showed bland spindle cells, occasional polygonal cells with nuclear grooving, prominent vessels, frayed stroma around the blood vessels, and scattered lymphocyte‐rich inflammatory cells in the background.
