Detrimental effect of intraoperative hypothermia on pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy: A single‐centre retrospective study

Background Although perioperative hypothermia was found to be associated with gastrointestinal anastomotic leakage in preclinical studies, its association with postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) following pancreaticoduodenectomy was never evaluated.
