Zusammenfassung: | A patient in their mid-80s presented to the emergency department with complaints of intermittent confusion and falls. The patient had a medical history of moderate aortic stenosis and renal cell carcinoma treated with radical nephrectomy followed by chemotherapy and radiation. On physical examination, the patient was alert, fully oriented, and in no acute distress, with a heart rate of 89 beats/ min and blood pressure of 127/58 mm Hg. Frequent pauses were noted on telemetry and 12-lead electrocardiogram. |
