Zusammenfassung:For the first time the full X-ray study of one and the same KTiOPO sub(4) single crystal - non-irradiated, irradiated by electrons with E sub(e) = 1.3 MeV up to the absorbed dose of 1 x 10 super(6) Gy and irradiated by fast neutrons (E sub(n) greater than or approximate to 0.1 MeV) at the integral neutron flux of about 1 x 10 super(13) cm super(-2) s super(-1) up to the total fluence of 1.9 x 10 super(19) cm super(-2) was carried out. No considerable changes in the crystal structure were found.
