Zusammenfassung: | The critical current density of samples of the system Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O with different nominal compositions is investigated. The highest temperature at which zero resistivity was achieved is T sub(c.off) approximately equals 80 K for the sample with nominal composition BiSr sub(1.2)Ca sub(0.8)Cu sub(2)O sub(y). The maximum critical current density value in grains at T = 60 K and H = 2 x 10 super(3) Oe is 8.6 x 10 super(5) A cm super(-2). |
