Zusammenfassung: | The electrical and dielectric behaviour of a gadolinium-based zirconium fluoride glass were studied from 23 to 275 C and 100 Hz to 1 MHz. The conductivity at 200 C was of the order of (microhm-cm)-1 and the activation energy was 0.75 eV. The dielectric constant at 1 kHz was 14 and was independent of frequency at low temperatures. The observed dielectric dispersion has been attributed to the conduction mechanism. 17 refs. |
