Zusammenfassung:A method for growing ZrZn sub 2 crystals from the melt is described. In a 1 cm exp 3 sample, which contains large crystals, very high resistivity ratios rho sub 293K / rho sub 4.2K of 120-131 were measured. The lattice constant was 0.73969(5) nm and the Zn--Zr ratio 1.99. The temperature dependence of the resistivity was also measured.
