Zusammenfassung:We examine the rise of the carbon contamination from atmospheric source during preparation of the thermooxidized HTSC-layers on microcrystalline Y-Ba-Cu ribbons. It was found some correlation between the peculiarities of grain boundaries carbon contamination and the value of Jc. The results of the Auger scanning microscope microanalysis are correlated with resistivity and critical current value for our sample.
