Zusammenfassung: | Previously abstracted from original as item 8903-4.5-0121A. The formation of the transition zone and the growth of the intermetallic layer in the weld zone in friction welding, which affect the quality of welding, depend on the temperature and time of heating of the joining surfaces. The character of heating temperature change in the contact zone, depending on parameters of friction welding of AD1 Al and 12Kh18N10T steel, has been studied. It was shown that the use of 360-450 deg C temperature range in the contact zone excluded the formation of brittle intermetallic layer. The increase of heating pressure to 300 MPa decreased the time of chemical interaction of two dissimilar metals. The weld joints of Al with steel are capable of performing at temperatures up to 500 deg C. Graphs, photomicrographs, spectra. 10 ref.--X-ref. |
