Zusammenfassung:Distributions of boron in Ni3Al were investigated through particle-tracking autoradiography. Three acetic acid fibers were used as detecting foils with a detecting sensitivity and a spatial resolution to boron of about 1 ppm and 2 micron, respectively. It is concluded that, at temperature ranging from 850 to 1000 C, boron has no impact on improving the ductility of the B-doped Ni3Al due to small segregation of boron at the grain boundaries. (O.G.)
