Zusammenfassung: | Current-conducting ceramic tiles based on clay materials with 10-30% glass cullet were prepared. The resistance of the tiles did not exceed 1 Mohm. A composition containing 10% glass cullet and a firing temperature of 975 C were optimum. The composition was tested under production conditions. The resistance was stabilised at 0.5-1 Mohm by impregnating the tiles with potash solution after firing. The effect of aqueous solutions on the resistance was studied. Conducting tiles with a water absorption of 1-3.2% had a resistance of 0.1 Mohm. This met the requirements for antistatic floors. 2 refs. |
