Zusammenfassung: | Copper to Cu lap joints were press-soldered using a resistance heating apparatus. In this process heating and pressure were applied simultaneously. The Cu plate was pre-soldered using Pb--50Sn solder and the alloyed layer was formed. The tensile strengths increased at a pressing load > 45 N and fracture occured in the Cu base metal at > 75 N pressing load. The joints fractured in the Cu base metal in 150 and 250 deg C tensile testing and showed excellent thermal resistance. 7 ref.--AA |
