Zusammenfassung:Spectral hole burning in 313.2, 368.4 and 391.1 nm lines of aggregate defects in neutron-irradiated Al 2O 3 has been performed at low temperatures. The holes reveal extremely high thermoresistance and can be restored even after warming the specimen above room temperature. The phototransformation mechanisms of F 2 aggregates have been investigated. At room temperature the cyclic photobleaching of 303→360→450→360, (303) nm absorption bands has been carried out and a one-photon photoionization mechanism for the first two steps has been supposed.
