Experiments on crystallization of semiconductor materials, eutectic alloys and crystal growth from water solution in microgravity

This paper gives results about the crystallization of Al-Ni eutectic alloys, of GaSb and of hydroxyapatite and calcium sulphate from aqueous solutions, under microgravity conditions.
