Zusammenfassung:For the analysis of reactive polymer alloy processing, we developed a 30mmφ twin screw extruder with three sampling nozzles along the cylinder. This extruder was used for the reactive processing of maleic anhydride grafted PP/Polymide 6 polymer alloy (30: 70wt%). The resin temperature increased along the cylinder. The average diameter of dispersed PP particles decreased with increasing temperature. The amount of the PP-PA-6 grafted copolymer was determined with successive extractions using xylene and then trifluoroethanol. The diameter of the dispersed PP particles decreased with increasing the amount of the grafted copolymer.
