Semiquantitative analysis for phases in the Y sub 2 O sub 3 -BaO-CuO system
Single-phase powders are blended with ZnO (1:1) and XRD peak ratios are obtained (phase peak/ZnO peak). The accuracy of quantitative analyses is plus or minus 2%.
