Establishing Equity in Medical Education — Supporting Clinical Trainees with Disabilities

No road map exists to help medical students with disabilities navigate the wards, and supervisors may challenge students’ accommodations or fail to brief their colleagues on students’ needs. Systemic change is needed to dismantle these barriers in medical training.
