Zusammenfassung: | The sol was made by the hydrolysis of aluminium secondary butoxide. Progression through wet gel, dry gel, transition alumina to alpha-alumina was studied by Raman spectroscopy, infra-red-spectroscopy, NMR and XRD. In particular, 27Al NMR has shown that the sol contains aluminium polycations which are adsorbed at the surfaces of colloidal pseudo-boehmite particles and can play a role in the stabilization of the sol. 26 refs. |
