Zusammenfassung:	The treatment of postprandial hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia following gastric bypass surgery for obesity can be challenging despite dietetic and medical treatment and eventually surgical treatment remains the exclusive treatment to resolve the problem for the patient. In the following, the experience with a conversion surgery from a complicated Roux-en-Y gastric bypass to sleeve gastrectomy using the Da Vinci robotic system will be reported.
