Zusammenfassung:Despite advances in percutaneous interventions, transcatheter Fontan completion remains experimental and performed only in select cases. Non‐surgical Fontan completion requires surgical preconditioning at an earlier stage of palliation. We describe transcatheter Fontan completion in a 15‐year‐old male with previously failed surgical Fontan palliation without surgical preconditioning.
