CASE SUMMARYThe gram-negative aerobic bacterium Moraxella osloensis was isolated from a patient's brain tissue during a stereotactic biopsy. CONCLUSIONThis is the first report of a brain tissue infection with Moraxella osloensis possibly causing brain gliomatosis.
