Zusammenfassung:Previously abstracted from original as item 8708-6.1-0398Y. The effect of texture on mechanical properties of extruded pipes with different cross sections of D16T, AK4-1T1, D21T1, 1953T1, 1925-1 Al alloys has been determined. It was found that the torque strength at room temperature does not depend on alloy type. The relationships between tensile strength and < 011 > pole density on the reverse pole figures have been established. The pole figures were produced by using the integral intensities in the direction perpendicular to extrusion plane. 5 ref.--X-ref.(US).
