The stepanov growth of LiNbO3 crystals

The growth of shaped LiNbO3 controlled by a two-stage cooling process is described. The ferroelectric domain sizes of these crystals could be produced and varied by growing the crystals in a polarizing field and periodically varying the pulling rate. (Author)
