Zusammenfassung: | An intercalation of TlInSe2 chain crystals has been accomplished with lithium ions. It has been revealed that as a result of intercalation the anisotropy of the electric conductivity of TlInSe2 single crystals increases by a factor of about two. In the direction of the C-axis of the crystal, the photosensitivity and X-ray-sensitivity of these compounds increase. Besides, intercalation brings about new structures in the spectral characteristics of TlInSe2, which is associated with a partial removal of degeneracy due to the elimination of the overlap of the wave functions of the carriers of neighboring quasi-unidimensional chains. |
