Zusammenfassung:The expression levels of miR-365, triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), creatine kinase-myocardial band (CK-MB), N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) were higher in the case group (P < 0.05), and the expression level of miR-365 increased gradually with the severity of heart failure (P < 0.05) (Table 2). [...]the exposure of collagen tissues in the subendothelial space to tissue factor causes an increase in oxidized LDL-C in the reactive oxygen species pathway, which in turn leads to an increased risk of heart failure [5,6]. MiR-365 indirectly activates the immune system by exciting the sympathetic pathways and activating the renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system, which promotes the release of macrophages, T cells, B cells, monocytes, and the inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β), and interleukin 6 (IL-6).
