Anifrolumab for the treatment of active systemic lupus erythematosus: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

We surveyed randomized controlled trials (RCTs) examining the efficacy and safety of anifrolumab 300 mg in patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) despite receiving standard therapy, using MEDLINE, EMBASE, the Cochrane Controlled Trials Register, and manual searches.
