Zusammenfassung: | Laser hardening of the surface of metals and alloys is related to the formation in the surface layers of structures having increased and in some cases unique mechanical properties. One of the promising new methods of hardening of metals and alloys is laser alloying, in which there is a change in the chemical composition of the surface layer of the treated material. It has been observed that after laser alloying with nitrogen there is an increase in the mechanical properties of steels but this process has been insufficiently studied and requires additional investigation. This paper reports on an investigation of the structure and properties of 11Kh12N2V2MF steel in relation to the production parameters of laser heat treatment and laser alloying with nitrogen with the use of continuous and pulsed sources of radiation. |
